Our minimum order starts at 10 square meters (sqm). While we can produce smaller quantities, please note that orders under 10 sqm will be billed at the flat 10 sqm rate.

The delivery of the semi-custom tiles takes about two to three months after we receive your order. However, the timeline depends on the specifications, quantity, and our production schedule. Please send us an enquiry and we will provide the estimated timeline.

Production of full-custom tiles usually takes at least three months, but this varies depending on the nature and the quantity of the product. Please note that color matching and sample production prior to the main production take three to four weeks per request.

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations.
If you must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please provide your phone number, name, and the order number (#XXXX). Our representative will contact you once we review your order details.

Please note that once the tiles for your order have been produced, cancellations will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

Only one shipping address can be selected per order due to the limitation in the online ordering system. However, If you would like us to send samples to multiple destinations, please send us a request using the comment field in your cart along with the additional addresses.

Please let us know. We will check the status and inform you as soon as possible.

While we take utmost care, in the unlikely event of an issue, please do not discard the items and contact us within one week of receiving the package. We will cover the cost for return and exchange.
Please note that complimentary samples may include items with minor defects such as chips.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind. We appreciate your understanding.

For shipping within Japan
You can. Please inform us of your request in the comment field of your cart. We will make every effort to meet your request, but please understand that we may not always be able to comply due to factors such as delivery destinations or the volume of orders we are currently handling.

For shipping outside of Japan
We cannot accommodate your request.

Items will be shipped via one of the following methods: Click Post, Letter Pack, Yamato Transport, FedEx, or DHL.

As a general rule, we will cover the shipping cost for the samples.

Regarding Additional Fees
Customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and import taxes may be incurred at the destination. These costs are determined by the customs authorities of each country and vary depending on local regulations, product type, and price. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

Samples will be dispatched via courier (we do not accept requests for specific carriers).
For regular orders, worldwide shipping is available via sea or air freight.
We will recommend the most suitable shipping method based on your region and requested delivery date, so please feel free to contact us.

Production Order
We accept payments via bank transfer. Please note: for transfers of less than 50,000 JPY, the sender bears the bank remittance fees.

We can issue receipts. Please request in the comment field in your cart.

We do not have a product catalog. The price list for Designer Tiles can be downloaded from the respective designer web pages.

We have a gallery in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture.
