Our standard production tiles (listed on the “sample tiles” page), are generally shipped within 2 ~ 4 days after payment is received (for Mosaic tiles, time to shipment can take a few days longer). Depending on the ordered quantity, it is possible that our stock is not sufficient. In that case we will let you know the actual lead time.
